The photos/videos content created on Wanderwaves.in’s trip (by Wanderwaves.in’s content creators or
clients) is the property of Wanderwaves.in and can only be used by Wanderwaves.in Experiences for
advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for
advertising/commercial use without obtaining the rightful permissions from Wanderwaves.in.
Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually
lead to the cancellation of the trip.
All IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding will be allowed without a valid Government ID.
The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be
allowed to travel.
People traveling with Wanderwaves.in for international trips are advised that their passport must be
valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of travel and must not be damaged.
Wanderwaves.in does not take responsibility for clients traveling with invalid or damaged passports. Any
denial of entry at immigration or costs incurred due to deportation or alternate arrangements shall be
borne by the travelers.
No refunds will be provided for any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.
Travelers must take care of their luggage and personal belongings. The management will not be held
responsible for any damage or missing items during the tour.
The time of departure is fixed. All travelers must update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and
report at the pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Air conditioning will be turned off in hilly areas. During the trip, it is the driver’s discretion to
switch off the AC for safety and ease of travel along uneven or dangerous routes.
Departure time is fixed. All travelers must leave at the scheduled time and keep their status updated
with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus will not be eligible for any refunds. We will
attempt to contact you twice before departure.
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour for health and safety reasons. Our tours
may include physically demanding activities such as trekking or high-altitude camping, and we recommend
that participants be in good physical condition.
Wanderwaves.in is a modern travel community that organizes and arranges adventure trips to the
mountains, which involve risks including accidents, bodily injury, financial loss, or even loss of life.
Wanderwaves.in and its agents or affiliated entities shall not be responsible or liable for any such
incidents or damages arising from negligence or delays by any third party not directly employed or
controlled by Wanderwaves.in.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline will be tolerated during the tour. We are a cordial travel
community aiming to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience.
Wanderwaves.in shall not be responsible for any delays, changes in the itinerary, or additional expenses
due to natural hazards, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political
closures, or other unforeseen events.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover sickness, accidents, or losses (such as theft or
damage). Travelers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and participants' physical capabilities may
necessitate changes in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments in the
interest of safety, comfort, and the general well-being of all participants.
